     Corn for Freezing

Ingredients
16 - 20 Cups fresh corn
1 LB butter
1 pint half n half
1 T sugar
1 teasp salt
1/4 teasp pepper
 

Instructions
Put corn in large pan, pour on half n half, add butter and remaining ingredients.
Bake at 350 for 1 hour - stir half waythrough. Cool and pack in bags for freezer
