Ingredients
7 C slicd peeled cucumbers
1 C sliced onion
2 Tablespoons sal
1 tsp. celery seed
1 tsp. tumeric
2 C sugar
1 C vinegar
 
Instructions
Mix first five ingredients and put in a glass jar.
Disolve sugar in vinegar either by stirring or heating slightly. Pour over ingredients in jar, cover and refrigerate. Ready to eat after a few hours
