     Mexican Layered Dish

Ingredients
8-10 tortillas
1 1/2 lbs lean groun beef
salt and pepper to taste
2 cans ranch style beans
1 onion chopped
8 oz package of velveeta or chedder cheese
2 cans cream oc chicken soup
1 can ro-tel diced tomatoes - undrained
 

Instructions
Lightly grease 9x13 pan. Brown beef and drain. Salt and pepper to taste. Layer in order - 5 torn tortillas, beans, meat onion, cheese, 5 torn tortillas- 2 undiluted cans of soup, ro-tel tomatoes. Cover with foil and bake for 60 minutes at 350 degrees.
