Slice sausage and onion and cook in skillet. Add cooked noodles to large baking pan. Add soup, sausage and onions, tomatoes and mix together well. Put a layer of cheese across the top. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Add a layer of onions on top and return to the oven for 5 minutes.
