Rinse pork butt and dry with paper towels. Sprinkle with salt and
pepper. Douse with worcestershire sauce.

Rub meat with cajun seasoning and then coat with brown sugar. If
your lucky someone will call on phone and ask what you are doing.
And you can honestly say - I'm rubbing a mess of brown sugar all
over my big ol pork butt. How about you?

Heat oven to 450. put pork butt in a roaster pan with lid and pour
apple juice around it. Put on lid and cook for one hour, reduce heat
to 200 and cook for 4 to 6 hours, till meat about falls off the bones.

|
Pull off of bones and mix meat in the sauce made in pan.
