Nuke the crunch bar until it's soft enough to incorporate. Dump brownie packets and water on top of soft bar and mix mix mix. Spray micro safe plate with non-stick spray. Divide into three cookies. Nuke for 2-2.5 mins. Let cool completely (or throw in the freezer if you need your fix right away). I keep mine in the fridge after and these are actually better the next day.
OMG! The choc mint crunch bar ones were good, but with the Caramel Nut Crunch Bar? Waaay yummy. The ones with the caramel crunch bar kind of spread while cooking, but not too bad.
