     Spinach soup

Ingredients
Jowar flour - 2 tsp
Yellow butter - 1 tsp
pepper - 1 twist of the pepper grinder (2-3 pinches)
Basil (Keya) or fresh (?) - 1 tsp
Palak/Tota kura - 1 bunch
1 carrot finely chopped
1 bunch pudina
Black salt and regular salt
 
Instructions
Heat the butter and roast the pepper, flour and basil. Add the palak/tota kura, carrot and pudina and boil with 2 cups water. Add salts. Blend!
