Ingredients
1 dozen eggs, hard boiled
1/2 lb ham, cubed
Cream sauce (butter, flour, milk)
 

Instructions
Slice eggs. Mix eggs, ham, and cream sauce with a dash of Tabasco.
Toast fresh bread croutons and toss with a little butter.
Pour egg mixture in baking dish and cover evenly with croutons. Heat in oven.
