Instructions.
In a non-stick frying pan on med/low heat, add Chick'n, Water, and Taco Seasoning. Simmer until liquid is absorbed and Chick'n is hot - about 7 minutes. Set aside to cool.
Prepare 2 small serving bowls- one with cheese and one with the cottage cheese and salsa together.
Separate the leaves from the head of lettuce, rinse, and pat dry.
