Grease 9x13 pan. mix 12 eggs and butter with mixer or beating with fork.
Place thawed hashbrowns into pan, spread chedder cheese soup over hashbrowns, pour raw eggs over everything, spread 1/2 of browned sausage, spread 2 cup shredded cheese over everything, place fresh peppers if desired, place remaining sausage on top.
bake at 375 for 50 minutes.
