Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (180 degrees C). In
mixing bowl, cream together the butter, sugars,
vanilla, and eggs. In a separate bowl, combine
remaining ingredients.
Stir the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients
until just combined.
Drop by heaping spoonful onto baking sheet lined
with parchment or a baking mat. Bake each sheet for
10 minutes. Transfer to wire rack to cool.
Note- I recommend that you purchase wheat germ in a health food store that keeps it in the
freezer or fridge - it should look yellow, not brown.
