     Rhubarb Crisp

1 egg, lightly beaten
2/3 c. brown sugar
3-4 cups rhubarb, sliced
Dash fresh ground nutmeg
Dash ground cloves
1/3 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. softened butter
3/4 c. flour
3/4 c. rolled oats

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C). Combine first 5 ingredients in a mixing bowl. Set aside. In another bowl, combine the topping ingredients.
Pour the filling into a buttered baking dish. Top with the topping. Bake for 30-40 minutes until golden brown.
