     CORN SALAD 2

Ingredients
2 - 16 oz. cans white shoepeg corn, drained
1 - 2 oz. jar chopped pimiento, drained
1/2 cup chopped onion
2 stalks celery, chopped
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1/2 cup vinegar
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
 

Instructions
Combine vegetables, tossing lightly.
Combine remaining ingredients; mix well, pour over vegetables and toss lightly.
Cover and chill overnight.
May use less sugar.
