1 lb round steak
|
|
1/4 cup butter
|
|
1 clove minced garlic
|
|
1/2 tsp sugar
|
|
1/4 tsp pepper
|
|
4 tbsp soy sauce
|
|
1 can bean sprouts
|
|
1 can canned tomatoes
|
|
2 green peppers, seeded and cut in 1 in peices
|

1/2 tsp cornstarch
|
|
2 tsp cold water
|
|
4 green onions, chopped
|

Instructions |

|
Slice steak thinly. Heat butter in skilet, add garlic, salt, and pepper.
|

Add steak and cook until brown. Add soy sauce and sugar. Cover and cook over high heat 5 minutes.
|

Add bean sprouts, tomatoes, and peppers. Cover and cook 5 minutes.
|
|
|
Stir in cornstarch dissolved in cold water and cook, stirring until sauce is thickened. Sprinkle with green onions. Serve with rice.
