Instructions |

Cream shortening, sugar, and eggs.
|

Add vanilla, baking soda, flour, and salt, mix well.
|

Add drained pineapple last.
|

Drop by tsp on ungreased cookie sheet and bake at 375 degrees about 10 minutes.
