Place chicken in bottom of a 9x13 pan, sprinkle with stuffing. In a bowl, mix chicken soup, celery soup, chicken broth, celery, and seasoning packet from stuffing mix. Pour evenly over chicken mixture.
Bake at 350 for 15 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese and bake 5 more minutes.
Low fat option; Use reduced fat soups and cheese.
