     Baked Carmel French Toast

Ingredients
1/2 cup butter
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 loaf texas bread
4 eggs
1 cup milk
1/2 tsp salt
 

Instructions
Melt butter in 12x17 inch jelly roll pan. Sprinkle with brown sugar and cinnamon. Beat eggs, milk, and salt. Dip bread in egg mixture and place on top of butter and brown sugar.
Bake 350 for 20-25 minutes. Serve Carmel side up.
