Beat egg yolks,milk, and almond flavoring. Add sugar, and flour.
Put your favorite pie crust in 9 by 9 in, pan.
Put almond mixture in pan. Carefully put rolled out crust cut the size of the bottom of the pan.
Put small cuts in crust before putting it on the almond mixture. Fold down sides, sprinkle with sugar. Bake at 375 degrees for 25 min. 400 degrees for 10 min.
This recipe can be doubled for a 9 by 13 pan.
