     Spinach and Mushroom Frittata

Ingredients
1 cup Kraft - Simply Kraft Ricotta Cheese, Reduced Fat
1 frozen pkg (9oz) Chopped Spinach thawed
3/4 cup 4c Grated Cheese - Homestyle 100% Parmesan-Romano
1 cup chopped Mushrooms - Raw
1/2 cup chopped Onions - Raw
1/4 tsp Italian Seasoning
Salt and Pepper to taste
6 Large eggs
 

Instructions
Preheat oven to 375 and spray a 9inch shallow pie plate with non stick spray.
Squeeze all the liquid out of the Spinach.
Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowel. I find if you do them in the order listed they mix easily.
Pour into pie plate and bake for 30 mins till set and golden brown.
