Combine ingredients into a large mixing bowl and
stir well. Place in the freezer for about an
hour. After an hour, pull it out and stir it well
– put your muscle into it (the sides and top will
have started to freeze). Set it back in the
freezer for another hour or until it comes to the
consistency that you like. Thaw on your counter
for about 15 minutes prior to serving. Spoon into
bowls and enjoy!
