     Medifast - Brownies

Category   Desserts - Breads
Sub Category   None
Servings   8

Ingredients
4 packets of oatmeal (I like the maple best but any will work)
3 packets choc. Shake
1 packet choc pudding
½ tsp salt
½ tsp baking powder
1 tbsp of cinnamon
4 packages of Splenda (or substitute 3 T WF choc syrup and use a little less water)
3 tbsp of canola oil

Instructions
In a medium bowl, mix ingredients and then add water until it looks like a brownie mix., approx 2 cups. In a 9x13 cake pan, spray lightly with Pam then pour your mix in and spread evenly. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes or so. It makes the edges a bit dark like I like my brownies.
It makes 8 servings with about 14 carbs a serving if you average out all the packets and the Splenda. If you don't have chocolate pudding, use a shake as the 8th supplement. The squares usually weigh out to about 3 oz. each and I just cut them up, weigh them and package them to take with me anywhere I go. They are moist and brownie-like. Serving size- This recipe makes 8 servings, so no more than 5 of these may be eaten per day! Each brownie counts as one Medifast Supplement.
