2 parts Yellow Mustard (spicy mustard can be substituted)
1 part Honey
Chilli Powder
Black Pepper
Brown Sugar
Red Pepper Flakes
Instructions
Combine equal parts of Grape Jelly and Mustard. Stir vigorously until there is a smooth consistency. Stir in Honey. As for the spices, use these in equal parts, but start with small quantities, and season to taste.
Can be used on any meat. Can also be thinned with vinegar to create a marinade. Once cooked the Grape Jelly will caramelize, creating a nice smooth smokey flavor.

Suggestions
Keep a little off to the side to put on meat for serving to avoid cross contamination.
