     Egg Bake

Ingredients
1 pkg (16oz) frozen hashbrowns
1 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup milk
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup chopped green onion
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp dried mustard
dash of cayenne pepper
2 cups diced ham
 
5 beaten eggs
paprika

Instructions
Line the bottome of a 9x13 pan with hashbrowns. Mix cheese, milk, ham, onion, salt, mustard, and cayenne and pour over the potatoes. Pour eggs over all. Sprinkle paprika. Bake uncovered at 350 for 40-45 minutes.
