1 cup diced ham/pepperoni slices/ beef jerky/summer sausage

Instructions
Bring water to boil, pour in macaroni to just below the surface of the water (pour off extra if needed), bring to boil. While waiting, this is a good time to slice up the cheese and meat if not done previously.
Once the macaroni is fully cooked, stir in Cheddar Cheese, powdered milk, and meat until well mixed.
Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top salt & Pepper to taste.
This makes a really good last night in the field meal, especially if participants have been using cheese, pepperoni, beef jerky, etc... for lunches and there is some leftover. Toss it into the Mac & Cheese and avoid having to carry out a small sliver of cheese or the 1 slice of pepperoni wrapped in the bottom of a pack.
