Mix all ingredients for shell. Put in pie tin and bake at 350 degrees 5-10 min. or until its just turning brown. Cool
Cook water, sugar. and corn starch until clear. Make sure it comes to a boil. Add jello, cook a little longer. Cool. Add sliced strawberrys. Put Strawberry mixture in shell
Top with Ice Cream or Whipped Cream before serving.
