Pour one cup beef broth in large baking dish. Arrange loins on top of broth. Pour over a mix of wine and water. Arrange onion slices over meat. Sprinkle with garlic salt. Lay 5 strips of bacon across all the meat.
Bake for 2-3 hours in 325 oven, or until meat breaks apart easily. Discard the toppings, before serving.
