Boil water and sugar until sugar is well dissolved. Add jello and stir. Cool. Using some of the juices, blend in the blender, the strawberries and bananas. Mix everything, except vodka, together and divide in 2 icecream buckets.
Add 2 cups of vodka to each bucket. Place buckets in the freezer, stirring every few hours until frozen to capacity. It will not freeze solid because of the vodka. It gets to ice cream consistency.
Scoop in a glass to serve and stir it up to thaw somewhat, should be slushy. You do not need to add 7 up.
