2 lb. Jar of Sun-Dried Tomatoes in olive oil & herbs (Bella Sun Luci)
2 lb. Container of Pitted Kalamata Olives
2 (11 oz.) tubes of Goat Cheese
6-10 cloves of garlic
1 cup of fresh Basil or I have used 1 cup of pesto and it was fine.
Instructions
Blend well in your food processor and store in your refrigerator. You may have to blend in batches because it makes a lot. It's best to fix the day before so flavors have time to enhance.
