Put all ingredients in bread maker (in order) setting DOUGH-
BREAD.

Preheat oven ro 180șC fan cake. Roll dough out into a 30x50cm
rectangle. Cut into 4 strips lengthways. Combine apple and
coconut and spoon down the centre of each strip. Fold in half
lengthways and seal edges by pressing together. Roll into a
sausage shape.

Twist 2 strips together and place on a lightly greased baking tray.
Repeat with remaining rolls.
Cover loosely with lightly greased plastic wrap and stand in a warm
area for 20 mins or until doubled in size. Remove wrap.

Bake for 20-25 mins or until golden brown.
To make glaze, combine icing sugar, vanilla essence and milk.
Brush over cooked bread.
