1 1/2 lbs. link sausage or 1 lb bulk sausage browned
6 or more eggs
2 1/4 cups milk
3/4 tsp dry mustard
1/2 tsp. salt
Pepper to taste
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup milk
Instructions
Sprinkle dressing croutons into a greased 9 by 13 pan. Sprinkle cheese over dressing, then browned sausage with seasonings. Beat eggs;add 2 1/4 cups milk. Pur over sausage mixture. Refrigerate over night.
Mix soup and 1/2 cup milk; pour over mixture. More cheese may be used on top. Bake at 300 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
