     Poppy Seed Bread

1 pgk lemon cake mix
4 eggs
1 pkg (regular) instant lemon pudding mix
1/3 c liquid shortening
1 tbsp poppy seed
1 c hot water
4 tbsp powdered sugar
2 tbsp real lemon juice

Beat eggs first, approx. 5 minutes. Add remaining ingredients, only mix until dissolved. Put into two loaf pans. Bake at 350F for 30 to 35 minutes. Cool 15 minutes. Remove from pan. Poke holes with fork in bread. Mix glaze. Drizzle glaze on breads soon when taking from oven.
