Preheat oven to 325F. Stir in flour, baking soda, and salt in a medium bowl. Set aside. In a large bowl, beat the sugar, oil, eggs and vanilla until blended. Add bananas and stir just until blended. Beat in flour mixture until just blended. Stir in chocolate chips. Fill greased tins two-thirds full. Bake for 20 min.
