1 whole lemon (cut ends off and cut into pieces; remove seeds)
4 eggs
1 stick butter, softened
1 1/2 c sugar
unbaked pie shell
Instructions
Put lemon, eggs, and butter in blender and blend well. Add sugar and blend again, making sure all sugar is blended. Pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake at 350F for 45 minutes.
