1/4 Cup Each Low Sodium Teriaki Sauce and Soy Sauce
Garlic to taste
1-2 pounds Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast
Instructions
Put ingredients except for chicken in gallon size Ziplock bag, mix well. Pierce chicken breasts several times with fork, put into bag and marinade several hours. Take out and bake, broil, grill, throw in crockpot. Toss out marinade.
