Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line cookie sheet with parchment paper & lightly spray with Pam. Mix all ingredients. Drop by teaspoonfuls and flatten with Pam sprayed spatula to about 1/4 inch thickness. Bake 15 minutes for soft cookies. Slide parchment paper onto table and let cool or eat them warm. Makes a total of 7 - 2 inch cookies.
