In the bottom of your soup pot, sweat the onions and garlic. Once the onions have become translucent pour in the water and add your chicken. When your chicken is about 50% cooked, add the celery and the carrots. Once the chicken is cooked all the way through add the cream of mushroom and the cream of chicken and stir thoroughly. At this point you want to add your seasoning. Once you are satisfied with the taste of your soup, add the noodles and let them soften. You are all done, enjoy with some garlic toast or corn bread.
