     Chicken with Artichoke

Ingredients
Chicken Breast 4
Artichoke hearts 1 can
Onion
Butter and olive oil
white wine (cooking)
4 tbs heavy cream or sour cream
2 tbs cream cheese
cilantro fresh
parsley dry
 
basil dry
paprika
salt and pepper
1/4cup of water
Serve over quinoa
garnish with fresh parsley and parmesan cheese

Instructions
Put butter and oil in the pan saute the onions until transparent add the artichokes and cook for 2 min add the white wine and keep cooking add the cream, herbs, paprika, salt and pepper combine everything. Add the cream cheese and wait for it to melt. Add the water to make it lighter
Make the quinoa with water and chicken stock as mentioned in the package It will look to dull so try making it red next time with roasted red peppers
Grill the chicken
Serve the plate with the quinoa on the bottom Put the grilled chicken on top cover with the artichoke sauce Sprinkle fresh parsley and parmesan cheese
