Mix it, mix it, mix it.....add water slowly until you have a slightly moist, thick batter.
Cook at 400 degrees for 10-12 minutes on pam sprayed cookie sheet. This is very close to dilly's recipe except the oatmeal adds a nice texture. I made approximately 10 cookies, so 5 cookies is 1 Meal plus 1 snack.
