Boil all turkey parts for two hours on top of the stove.
Put spinach in microwave to thaw it.
Put bread crumbs, celery, carrots, and spinach in big bowl and mix.
Add turkey parts & parmesan cheese & continue to mix.
Mix egg, chicken broth, onion powder, salt, pepper, sage in small bowl.
Then dump the wet mixture on top of the dry and mix until moist.
Place in casserole dish, add more parmesan cheese on top.
Bake 1 hour or less at 350 degrees.
