H2O to cover meat

onion

1/2-3/4 bag mixed froz vegies

potatoes
|

celery or celery salt, carrots
|
|
|
|
can of whole tomatoes
|
|
pepper & salt - to taste
|
|
chili powder - opt
|
|
rosemary - opt
|
|
sweet basil - opt
|
|
marjoram - opt
|
|

|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|

Instructions |
|
|
Put meat, H2O, bay leaf, onion, & salt in pot & cook 2-3 hours until brothy.
|
|
|
Add remaining ingredients & any extra vegies you want, i.e. froz green beans, carrots, peas, etc.
|
|
|
Cook for another hour or more to taste
|
|
|
If don't freeze can add potatoes, if do freeze add when thaw & cook.
