Combine pumpkin, apple juice, spices, and sugar in a
large saucepan; stir well. Bring mixture to a boil.
Reduce heat, and simmer for 30 minutes or until
thickened. Stir frequently.
Transfer to sterile containers and chill in the
refrigerator until serving.
