     Maple Cream Bon Bons

Ingredients
1 Stick soft Butter
2 lbs Powder Sugar
1 cup Eagle Brand Condensed Milk
2 tsp Maple Extract flavoring
2/3 cups ground nut meats walnuts
12 oz Chocolate Chips dark or semi-sweet
1/2 bar Parafin Wax or about 2 inch square
 

Instructions
MIX together sweetened condensed milk, butter, maple extract and nuts in large bowl. Gradually beat in powdered sugar. Roll into 1 inch balls. Keep refrigerated until ready to dip.
Line baking sheets with wax paper. Place cookie sheets in refrigerator. Melt chocolate & wax in heavy saucepan or double boiler over low heat. Dip balls into chocolate. Place on prepared cookie sheets until set. Keep refrigerated or in cool place.
Candy mixture can be chilled in refrigerator up to 2 days before rolling into balls. You can buy a candy dipping fork or use toothpicks.
