2 packages Uncle Bens Original Long Grain & Wild Rice
1 ½ C thinly sliced celery
Instructions
Cook onion and celery in butter in 10” skillet until tender, but not brown.
Break up cranberry sauce with fork in a 4C measuring cup; add enough water to measure 4-1/4 cups. Add cranberry sauce / water mixture, rice & seasonings from rice packages to skillet; stir.
Bring to a boil. Cover tightly and cook over LOW heat, until all liquid is absorbed, about 25 minutes.
