1 jar flavored jelly or pie filling (cherry, apricot, hot pepper or any other flavor)
1 pkg. puff pastry
Bagel chips, crackers, fruit, or veggies (for spreading or dipping)
Instructions
Let puff pastry warm at room temperature for 45 minutes. Unroll the puff pastry after warmed to room temperature and line the pie plate with the pastry (let the extra dough hang over the sides of the pie plate).
Put the brie in the middle of the pastry (I like to break the brie up into 4-6 large chunks with my hands, but it is not necessary). Cover the brie with the jelly.
Fold the pastry dough over the top and pinch as best as possible to make a little pocket which is filled with the mixture (the pastry will not likely cover the entire mixture).
Bake at 400 degrees for 35-40 minutes until gooey. Serve with bagel chips, crackers, fruit, or veggies for spreading and dipping.

TIP- Find the puff pastry in the frozen section near the pie crust at your grocery.
