     Spinach Balls (Suzanne Rood’s Family Favorite)

Ingredients
2 boxes frozen chopped spinach
3 cups Pepperidge farm herb seasoned stuffing mix
6 well beaten eggs
½ cup Parmesan Cheese
2 large onions chopped
3/4 cup melted margarine
1 Tbls Accent
1 Tbls garlic salt
½ tsp thyme
 
Pepper to taste

Instructions
Cook and drain spinach. Mix all ingredients together then add spinach and the stuffing last.
