1 Medifast Vanilla Shake
2 tablespoons sugar-free pineapple syrup
1 tablespoon sugar-free coconut syrup
½ cup tropical flavored water
½ cup ice
 
Instructions
Put all ingredients into blender. Mix ingredients for 2-3 minutes or until smooth.
Serving Suggestions
Each serving counts as 1 Medifast meal, 3 condiments
