Mix all ingredients except cream cheese into a small bowl until it becomes a thick batter.
Divide batter into two cupcake papers or small microwave-safe containers.
Microwave on high for one minute.
Spread one tablespoon of cream cheese on each cupcake.
Sprinkle additional cinnamon on top as desired.
