Instructions
In the Big cooking pot- Lay the brown beans at the bottom of the cooking pot, lay the Ossobuco steaks - and in between the steaks stick the potatoes, sweet potatoes, onions, and garlics. Make a second layer of Ossobuco and stick in between the vegetables. Lay the eggs on the very top of the layers.
Add water in the big cooking pot until you see the water peeking in between. Add a spoonful of chicken soup powder, a spoonful of sweet paprika, half a spoon white pepper powder, spoonful of salt, half a spoon turmeric. DO NOT MIX. Place to the large cooking pot on the stove on high until it boils, then lower to low for one hour. Turn on the portable cooking plate and move the big cooking pot on to it once an hour has passed since it was connected to the outlet and since the cooking pot has been lowered to low.
In the Small cooking pot- 2 spoons of olive oil, half a spoon sweet paprika, half a spoon spicy paprika, spoonful of chicken soup powder, a pinch of salt. Mix everything then pour two cups of wheat or grits.
5 Hours Later.. pour the water from the big cooking pot into the small cooking pot, mix the contents of the small cooking pot and place it next to the big cooking pot on the cooking plate. cover both and leave overnight to cook - cover with a small blanket or a used towel. In the morning taste the wheat or grits from the small cooking pot if they havent fully cooked, add water from the big cooking pot - without mixing it - and return it to the cooking plate until noon. Peel the eggs from the big cooking pot and enjoyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy
