1 can (14 oz) canned artichokes, drained & chopped
1/2 cup minced red onion
1 small jalapeno, finely diced
1 tsp chili powder
1/8 tsp cumin
Salt and Pepper to taste
Instructions
Preheat over to 400 degree F.
In a medium size bowl, mix together mayo, sour cream, cheese, onion, jalapeno and spices. When those ingredients are mixed, add in artichoke hearts and lemon juice.
Bake for 20 minutes or until golden on top.

Suggestions
Serve with tortilla chips.
