     Tangy Turkey

Ingredients
1 6-oz can frozen orange juice concentrate
2 Jenny-O, pre-cooked turkey breasts
1 can chicken broth
1/2 tsp dry mustard powder
1/4 tsp chili powder
1 clove garlic, minced (garlic powder is fine)
1/2 small onion, chopped
2 Tbsp ketchup
2 Tbsp brown sugar
 

Instructions
Cut the turkey breasts into 1/4 inch thick slices, and layer in a glass baking dish. Mix all remaining ingredients together, and pour over turkey.
Cover with plastic wrap and marinate for at least 24 hours.
BBQ turkey. If you want to add a sauce, mix a slurry of cornstarch and water into the marinade and whisk until it starts to thicken. Serve over grilled turkey slices.
